vstar committment system

This season Heart of America Volleyball is teaming up with VSTAR, an online commitment system to coordinate club season offers from clubs to players.  

Commitment offers will be sent out from clubs to players via the parent email on file with the club starting July 12, 2025.   
Parents have the following options:
  • For athletes, parents can accept an offer on July 16th, 2025 after 8am.
  • For athletes, parents can immediately decline an offer at any time
  • Parents can click on Wrong Player, if they think the offer was not intended for them
  • Initial offers for girls teams will expire on July 18th, 2025 at 8am or after 24 hours whichever is the later.

When a parent/player receives an offer in the email they will see this example screenshot.

​Parents will need to click on the blue text Click HERE that says “Click Here to view HOAVB Terms of Acceptance to Activate Accept Button.”  When they click on that, it will expand to this message
